We've set up this blog for all Werribee line train users to tell us your experience with the trains on the line, and especially to record when trains run late, are cancelled, are too full to get on to, or divert from their usual route (eg run express Newport to Laverton when they are not scheduled to).
We've also provided a survey for you to fill in that will record the times and days trains do not run to schedule. We will use this data to show how bad the service on the Werribee line is, and tell the government that we are not happy.
Please help us to improve the running of our trains, for the benefit of all users.
